 Next year will be a lot of fun. Do you know how many holidays the government has announced for 2024? News 

The government of Pakistan has announced public holidays for the coming year 2024, notification regarding Eid holidays has also been issued.

The 2024 public and optional holiday schedule, published by Ka Bina Division, indicates that there will be 39 holidays in total. which will consist of 23 optional holidays and 16 public holidays. The public holidays for Kashmir Day, Pakistan Day, and Labor Day are set for February 5, 2024, March 23, 2024, and May 1, 2024, respectively.

The notification states that three holidays will be observed on April 10–12, 2024, for Eid-ul-Fitr, and June 17–19, 2024, for Eid-ul-Azha. The 9th and 10th of Muharram holidays fall on July 16 and 17. August 14 is Independence Day, a public holiday.

The public holidays for Eid Milad-ul-Nabi are set for September 16 and November 9, respectively. Quaid-e-Azam Day/Christmas Public Holiday is set for December 25. Christian employees will have a post-Christmas public holiday on December 26, 2024.
